Non seulement j\u2019y ai trouv\u00e9 des dizaines d\u2019exemples concrets de situations que nous vivons tous en entreprise, mais j\u2019y ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert et compris les principes qui nous incitent \u00e0 agir. Et c\u2019est tr\u00e8s naturellement que je les ai mis en pratique. D\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res pages, ce fut un enchantement. Le style de Dale Carnegie est plaisant, il illustre chaque chapitre de nombreux exemples tir\u00e9s de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s de son \u00e9poque. Ce livre a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit en 1936, mais ne le sous estimez pas pour autant ! Traduit en 37 langues, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu \u00e0 plus de 40 millions d\u2019exemplaires et est toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour comme l\u2019un des meilleurs livres de management jamais \u00e9crit. Il est truff\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences et conseils de Rockfeller, Henry Ford, Th\u00e9odore Roosevelt pour ne citer qu\u2019eux. Non seulement les principes et techniques qui y sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sont efficaces et ais\u00e9ment mis en pratique, mais ils le sont toujours dans le respect de soi m\u00eame et des autres. Le titre complet: \u201cl\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, pourquoi cela peut avoir plus d\u2019importance que le Quotient Intellectuel\u201d.<\/p><p>Car dans la vie, ce ne sont pas toujours ceux qui ont les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats qui r\u00e9ussissent. Apr\u00e8s tout, ni Bill Gates ni Steve Jobs n\u2019ont termin\u00e9 leurs \u00e9tudes.
